		Kay Green's professional banking experience is extensive and includes being the Vice President/Cashier, Operations Officer, Compliance Officer, and Training Officer for a community bank in Colorado and similar experiences at a de novo community bank in Tucson, Arizona, which experienced rapid growth during her tenure. Other previous experience includes over six years as a high school mathematics teacher. Kay holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Physics with an emphasis in Education, and she holds a current teaching certificate. She has completed courses from the American Institute of Banking, the Center for Financial Training for Compliance, and from Payment Resource One for ACH accreditation. Two of Kay's children live in the Missoula area so she feels a sense of coming home moving here from Tucson. At Montana Business Capital Kay's duties include all aspects of operations management, compliance, financial reporting, security and technology planning and maintenance.
